Cardiovascular training
Noah's Philosophy: I used to struggle with severe depression and was at the end of my rope until I found power lifting. I have been training for over a year. Working out is the medicine for depression. I believe nutrition is THE most important thing and supplementation comes later. I also believe in the big 3 lifts, squat, bench and deadlift as the best way to get stronger!
