eFlow Nutrition: Enrage Review

11/20/2018

Hey guys it's Noah and I got a supplement review for you guys. It is a pre-workout called Enrage by eFlow Nutrition. It promises increased endurance, energy, pump, muscle fullness, motivation, awareness, focus, performance and strength. Now before I get into the ingredients and my opinion on this product, I want to say something. I have viewed other products by this company and I gotta say I really like the products that they are putting up and I can tell this is a really good company. With that said I believe this is their beginner pre-workout. But anyways let's take a look at the ingredient list.

Ingredient List-

Beta Alanine-2g: Helps reduce fatigue during exercise, improves endurance, and increases muscle growth. The clinical dosage is 3.2 grams so this ingredient is under dosed.

Warrior Strength Creatine Blend-2g

Creatine Monohydrate: Increases strength and recovery and regenerates ATP. The clinical dosage for this is around 5 grams so this is clearly under dosed.

Di-Creatine Malate: Creatine combined with malic acid for increased absorption.

Creatine Phosphate: A phosphorylated creatine molecule that serves as a rapid release reserve of high-energy.

L-Citrulline Malate-1g: Gives massive pumps without having to load it like L-Citrulline. Also increases ATP production. This is very under dosed. I would like to see this at 6 to 8 grams.

Warrior Energy & Performance Blend-1,463mg

L-Taurine: Increases protein synthesis and enhances mood and focus. This is at least dosed at 1 gram which is a pretty good dosage of this.

Caffeine Complex(275mg from Caffeine Anhydrous, DiCaffeine Malate, and Caffeine Citrate): Caffeine is a stimulant used to increase energy, reduce fatigue, increase concentration, and improve athletic performance. DiCaffeine Malate is caffeine combined with malic acid for better absorption.

Agmatine Sulfate: Gives big muscle pumps and gives better intra-workout energy. This is typically dosed from 1 to 2 grams so this is clearly under dosed.

N- Acetyl L-Tyrosine: Used for cognitive enhancement.

So now on to my opinion, in terms of endurance and energy I felt barely anything. A little endurance but not much and same with energy. I felt no unusually big pumps but I did feel a little more focused and motivated. I saw zero increase in performance or strength. So it wasn't very effective for me personally but this would be a good pre-workout possibly for a beginne. The effectiveness is like a 2.5 out of 5 for me. Now for taste and mixability. I had the ninja nerds flavor and damn it tasted just like grape nerds. 5 out of 5 on flavor and 4 out of 5 on mixability because there was some floaters. This product retails for around 40 bucks. I think this is a terrible value at least for me. I think there are a lot better options out there. Now their pre-workout called enrage extreme is something that I really wanna try and looks very promising. I overall love this company but not this product. I hope this helps you guys decide if you want to try this product. Have a great day and if you hit the gym, KILL IT!
