Epiq: Creatine Review

Hey guys it's Noah and I got a supplement review for you guys. Now normally I wouldn't review a creatine supplement because most of them are just creatine monohydrate but this one is a little different. This product claims rapid gains in size, strength, and performance. Let's take a look at the ingredient list and see why this product is different and if it will live up to those claims.
Ingredient List-Quad Creatine Matrix: 5g
Creatine Monohydrate: Increases strength, power, and enhances recovery.
Creatine Hydrochloride: Creatine that is more soluble in liquid and absorbs better.
Creatine Anhydrous: Claims to be more pure than creatine monohydrate.
Creatine Pyruvate: Studies are inconclusive on if this ingredient works any better or worse than creatine monohydrate.
Sadly this is a proprietary blend so we don't know how much of each ingredient we are getting but we do know we need at least 5 grams of creatine monohydrate alone to be effective. So on to my personal opinion. This product does work in terms of strength and recovery. I feel stronger using it and I recover better. So on to mixability and taste. It tastes unflavored which is good but the mixability is not amazing. This product goes for about 8 bucks so it is super cheap. I would honestly recommend a better creatine supplement but this does get the job done! Anyways guys I hope this review helps you guys make a decision on whether or not to buy this product. Have a great day and if you hit the gym, KILL IT!
