Man Sports: ISO-Amino Review

Hey it's Noah, back with a supplement review for you. This will be a relatively short one; a BCAA product by Man Sports called ISO-Amino, a simple 5 gram BCAA complex. I will go through each amino and explain what it does, and then I will go into effectiveness, taste, mixability, and value.

• L-Leucine .............................................................................................. 2.5g

• Improves recovery and increases protein synthesis. Known as the "anabolic" amino.

• L-Valine ................................................................................................ 1.25g

• Maintains nitrogen balance and preserves the use of glucose. Also helps muscle recovery and muscle growth.

• L-Isoleucine .......................................................................................... 1.25g

• Promotes muscle recovery, regulates blood sugar levels and stimulates HGH release. Very similar to leucine.

This BCAA product is in the perfect 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs and is at a good dose of 5 grams. Is this effective? Heck yeah! I definitely feel more recovered taking this. A bit of extra that I like about this product is there are no artificial colors.

Onto the taste and mixability, I have the Whimps Candy Banana flavor and let me tell you, it tastes amazing! It tastes just like candy bananas! Mixability is perfect. Both taste and mixability are a solid 5 out of 5 for me. Now for value, this product retails for 20 bucks for 30 servings. I believe this is a very good value. This is an effective and delicious tasting product and I will be buying it again. I highly recommend this BCAA product!
