Optimum Nutrition: Gold Standard 100% Whey Review

Hey guys it's Noah here and I have a supplement review for you guys. It is one of the best selling protein powders on the market. It is called Gold Standard 100% Whey by Optimum Nutrition. This is gonna be a quicker review because the label is relatively simple. Let's get to the supplement facts.

Fat: 1 g

Carbs: 3 g

Sugars: 1 g

Protein: 24 g

The protein blend consists of whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, and whey peptides. Overall this is a pretty clean protein and it is high quality protein. Now for the taste and mixability. I had the blueberry cheesecake flavor and honestly it tastes just like blueberry cheesecake but the flavor isn't super apparent. I would give the flavor a 3.5 out of 5. It mixed perfectly so the mixability is 5 out of 5. This product goes for around 30 bucks for 2lb container so the pricing is normal for a protein powder. Overall I would recommend this product but I would recommend finding a better flavor. I have another flavor I am going to review so hopefully that one will be better.
