TRUTH About Bad Foods And Strength And How I Eat
Hey guys it's Noah here and I am gonna be up front. I DO NOT EAT COMPLETELY CLEAN. Yes you heard it I don't. I mostly focus on strength training and to be strong you DO NOT have to eat completely clean. Although I do try and eat as much clean food as possible and meal prep my lunch and breakfast and I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible. If I do eat bad I eat moderate amounts and try not to completely over eat it! So people who want to get strong don't worry about eating 100% clean. Id say one small meal per day can be an "unclean" meal. I have been able to keep my weight the same for many months and am getting stronger and there is a method to how I am doing this but thats for a later discussion.
